ABOUT THE FOUNDER: LAWRENCE H. FENNELL
Founder & Chief Vision Officer, Visionary Investment Partners Enterprise LLC
Lawrence H. Fennell is a multi-disciplinary leader whose life and career span agriculture, transportation, education, public safety, and international development. With over three decades of real-world experience, he brings a rare combination of operational expertise, community-centered leadership, and global vision to every project he leads.
Early Life & Roots in Agriculture
Born in New York, Lawrence spent his early childhood between New York and North Carolina. By the age of five, he was already helping his grandparents on the family farm — a responsibility that shaped his work ethic, discipline, and deep connection to the land.
What began as childhood chores grew into more than 30 years of hands-on farming experience, including crop management, livestock care, land stewardship, and sustainable agricultural practices.
A Career Built on Wheels & Workforce Development
At 21 years old, Lawrence began driving 18-wheelers, entering the trucking industry with determination and a commitment to safety.Over the next 30 years, he mastered every aspect of the field — from operations to compliance to training.
His accomplishments include:
* Owner & Operator of his own trucking company for 10 years
* Safety Compliance Director for a major trucking company for 10 years
* CDL Instructor & Lead Instructor at a local college for 6 years (continuing as of Nov 2025)
* Continued part-time trucking throughout his career, reflecting his dedication to staying active in the industry
Lawrence has trained, mentored, and certified hundreds of professional drivers — many of whom were new to the workforce and credit him for helping them build a stable career. His approach blends discipline, operational precision, and genuine care for student success.
Service in Law Enforcement
Lawrence’s commitment to community safety led him to a parallel career in law enforcement, where he served for 20 years before retiring. Even after retirement, his dedication continues: he still serves part-time as a Reserve Officer with the Sheriff’s Office.
His law enforcement background strengthens VIPE’s culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical leadership.

Beyond his trucking company, Lawrence has over 10–20 years of business ownership experience across multiple sectors, including:

Isaac brings a strong, multidisciplinary background that uniquely supports the goals of The Ghana Project. With experience in agriculture, business operations, project coordination, electrical engineering, agricultural logistics, and youth leadership, he plays a central role in ensuring the project’s on‑ground efficiency and long‑term success. Isaac works closely with a team managing multiple farm locations, where he oversees daily operations, supervises field activities, and coordinates scheduling, planning, and communication across all sites. His expertise allows him to streamline workflows, support community‑based agricultural initiatives, and help develop sustainable farming systems that benefit local farmers and youth. Through The Ghana Project, Isaac is committed to strengthening agricultural productivity, improving operational capacity, and empowering young leaders within rural communities.
